Terms of use

AlumniClub is a verified network for Canadian students, alumni, and hiring partners. These terms explain what you agree to when you join.

Last updated August 2026

Who can join

You must be a current student or graduate of a recognized Canadian institution, or an authorized representative of a company recruiting from those institutions.

One account per person. Accounts are personal — company pages are owned by the company but managed by a named contact with authority to act for it.

Verification and real identities

Membership requires verification: a school or work email confirmation, and for most badges an identity check. There are no anonymous accounts.

Misrepresenting your school, graduation year, employer, or authority to represent a company is grounds for removing your badge or your account.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post and grant AlumniClub the right to display it to other members and, where you make it public, on public pages.

No harassment, discrimination, spam, recruiting scams, paid-referral schemes, or sharing another member's private messages or documents.

Mentorship, jobs, and events

Mentorship is offered voluntarily by alumni. AlumniClub does not guarantee responses, referrals, interviews, or outcomes of any kind.

Jobs and events are posted by members and partners. Verify details with the poster before acting on them.

Paid plans

Alumni and student membership is free. Paid plans and partner plans unlock posting, hosting, and hiring tools, and renew until cancelled.

Founding Member access is a one-time fee, not a subscription.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put members at risk.
